Mediador do Crédito

This marks another important step in promoting financial literacy, focusing on a key public entity dedicated to protecting the rights of customers in their interactions with credit-granting institutions: the Credit Ombudsman (Mediador do Crédito).

We are privileged to welcome the Credit Ombudsman for an entire day, exclusively for the NOVA Community. From 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the Ombudsman will be available in the NSL atrium to answer any questions you may have. Additionally, a dedicated session on credit will take place at 2:00 p.m.

My Financial Future

On September 30th, NOVA School of Law and NOVA Financial Markets hosted the Workshop to launch the personal finance contest “My Financial Future”, together with the Banco de Portugal and CFA Institute.

The workshop, aimed mainly at students who want to ensure a safe and informed financial future, aims to discuss the importance of saving and answer several questions, including “Why save and how to invest?”, “How to use credit?”, “What is the impact of credit on my budget?” and “How to safely use digital financial services?”.
